This is the best phone, tablet, and laptop repair store. My iPhone 11 screen broke so I went there to repair it. The man in the store, Shazzad , welcomed us and was the nicest person I ever met. He was able to fix my phone in about 15 minutes and was at an affordable price as well compared to the mall store that charges more than $300 just for screen repair. Overall I had a great experience as a customer and I took a card to go back again if I had any issues and for my friends and family to come if they had broken phones, etc.

I stopped in today to see how much it would cost for my phone screen to be repaired. I had shopped other places and other prices. USBD Tech was around 25% to 40% lower than other phone repair places in the Capital Region ( including Mall Stores). My phone was fixed in approximately 20 mins and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. Thank you.

There is no sense in going anywhere else for a screen repair. Easily $100 less than what they want at the mall and they promised the repair in 30 minutes. They were done in 20. The guys at the store were great and even offered me a can of Coke while I waited for the repair.
